This hotel boasts a fantastic ambiance with friendly staff who truly aim to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious with lovely views, although the temperature of the pool was a bit cooler than expected. Dining experiences are particularly commendable, with delicious meals artfully presented. However, those visiting during summer might find the noise from the arrivals courtyard a bit disruptive.
The hotel offers a beautiful spa and charming atmosphere, but the dining experience fell short due to poor service and a lack of attention. While the spa session was wonderful, the restaurant and service issues detracted from an otherwise nice day. Overall, it was disappointing given the potentially special occasion we were celebrating.
